  Staff is rude as hell very rude. I asked for $20 credit for a travel sim card and they didn't bloody listen and only made me pay for the travel sim. Not happy at all

  If I could give zero stars I would, I am a business customer and this LPO has no idea what they are doing when I come in. They reluctantly give me supplies even though I am an account holder they act like they have no idea when I try to submit e-parcel items over the counter OR pre-paid postage meter letters. They don't scan in my items unless I ask, very frustrating.

  The Asian lady is so rude. Instead of helping or giving her customers good service she just rolls her eyes and yells at you. No manners at all.. just for a simple question she would answer you in a rude tone as if you are taking her precious time lol

  Extremely rude staff, specifically one lady, firstly hard to understand her accent and it doesn't help she speaks so fast, doesn't smile doesn't say please or thank you, doesn't offer any alternatives, rolls her eyes when you ask simple questions. And evens raises voice. Doesnt know what they are doing, or how to handle pre paid post,Try st Mary's or Kemp's creek post office..anywhere but Here.
