  Agree with the below comment regarding these guys pushing generics without asking. Even though my doctor always ticks the "No substitutes" box they will still give me a generic without asking and then I have to wait another 10 mins to get them to change it to the brand name. After happening to me twice I've never been back.

  I find the pharmacy side of Priceline St Clair absolutely hopeless. They can't find scripts, you ring to make sure that a script is there and after being assured that it is, make the trip to pick it up only to be told by someone else that they can't find it!! Maybe they are too big to care - I don't know - but in future all my business will be going elsewhere!
